What oil to put in my Ford Fiesta?

I should know this, but what is the recommended grade of oil to put in my 1992 Mk2 Fiesta 1.1LX?

Also, think I have a crack in my exhaust manifold - sounds like an old beetle when revved. Any other possibilities? I reckon it is safe to drive til the weekend.

Any advice welcome.

You probably know this now, but 10 / 40 oil should do. Just change it regular, but judging by the age of the post, you already know this right?

Exhaust, yes, or the join to the middle piece.
