Just caught up on the Hawthorns news - a great shame.
I have had two cerberas from Oxfordshire and had bad service experience. Racing Green in Ash Vale (near Farnham) were recommended to me and have totally refreshed my attitude towards TVR. Really efficient excellent facilities, Great sense of humour and I can trust them to sort anything out and the car comes back immaculate. I have had one issue with them in 24months and my problem was sorted asap with no fuss.Martin is the Service Manager call him and find out how competive they are on pricing as well.

Having had a bit of a poor experience with a previous dealer, I can definately say John Heywood, Martin Slade and the team at Racing Green TVR in Ash Vale have transformed my Tuscan into the car it should have been.
They have absolutely astounding premises and equipment and they have restored my faith in the TVR brand.
They have also been a very professional advisor and middleman with myself and TVR and ensured that some of the niggling problems I have had with the car have been resolved quickly to everyones satisfaction.
Great public facing service and a refreshing change to see people genuinely interested in making sure you pick up your car with a great big smile on your face.
It's a shame that more British companies do not learn a lesson in how effective true customer service can be on long term business profitibility.
