As most of you know me for a long time and also my pasion for TVR, I would like to announce that I will start a business together with the dealership in Hagen.

We will get a Tuscan S and a T350/400 press car very soon and get them into the press in June/July.

We also offer test drives, several open days, full registration service here in Germany, a pick up service, etc...

For all who are interested, drop me line and I get in touch with you.

Thanks Ted, we will need any help we can get.

I'm currently doing the brochures and a dvd/video about TVR.

Will keep you posted about our business and will send you some pics from our press cars.

So far we get full support from TVR and I'm working hard to get everthing right before the cars go into press.

I'm playing with some other marketing ideas, but some reviews in the german press like AUTO,MOTOR&SPORT and SPORT AUTO will be a good start.

Christof

Top man!! I couldn't think of a more enthusiastic and dedicated TVR fan to do such a job ( apart from me of course!!)

Good luck and I hope it's the success it deserves to be.

Christof,
There is also a large market of British troops in Germany that you could try and tap into if you wanted. They currently have TVR MADS (military and diplomatic sales) to deal with but with the right advertising there is alot of potential there. They are exempt all taxes which makes things alot more affordable. I could give you some contacts for advertising if you want. Mark

Thanks for all the good wishes guys

Harald and I will run the business with Haralds main focus on service and me on sales.

As mentioned before we will offer a pick up and delivery service for whole Germany just to make sure that our customers will get best service.

We will also offer some mods, like the aerodynamic package on my last Cerbera.

Current projects are:

Tuscan R grille for the Tuscan

Front and side splitters for the mighty T350

As soon as we've done the conversion on our press cars, I will post some piccies.

Our idea is also to attract british customers with a very competitive priced package for servicing and fitting the mods.

Christof

PS: Mark, would like to get your contact info to the british forces...

PPS: Our website is under construction, so email me through my profile.

More details will follow.

Congratulations Christof ! I wish you all the best with
your business, and I'm sure it will be succesfull.
Where will you set up the business exactly in Germany ?
If it is not too far away from Belgium, I will try to
come over when you do an opening weekend. That will
bring another LHD Tuscan on your forecourt...

Good luck !

Koen.

Have you taken delivery of your Tuscan that I snapped at the factory for you yet or are you in to your 23rd month of waiting for the LHD beastie?

I am one of the British Forces in Germany that Helipilot was taking about. I'd be very interested to see your tax free rates for servicing etc. I'm based in Elmpt near the Dutch Border, but currently in SE Turkey due to current world events. I've sent you an email with all the details of what I'm after. Good Luck with the new venture!

The car should be here this morning. Bank transfer from the dealer to TVR took too long (I don't know who is responsible for that), so TVR didn't ship the car as long as the money was not on their account...
Very frustrating after I saw your pictures of the finished car, and that is now 2 weeks ago.
The first 22 months waiting were not as bad as the
last 2 weeks...

Good idea Christof, best of luck!

It would be nice to hear about more TVRs outside of the UK.
