I am toying on the idea of starting up a regional event in North Wales (round the Conwy area). The nearest one to me is in Cheshire (30 miles away!)

I have been told by TVRCC that there are approx 20 members within the LL Postcode area.

Anyone interested in getting a monthly meet together to hit the 'Evo Triangle' and other glorious 'B' Roads through the best scenery in the UK?

Great idea!! Always wondered where the famous EVO triangle was - not yet figured it out from the mags. Would be great to give the Chim a good workout this spring ( Venetian Blue 4.0 - outside the LA in Conwy Friday night ) Keep me posted...

Well Sgirl is from there, and we got married in Llangollen, so I am a sort of honorary member ..if you make it early May, we'll definitely try & be there, Cerb willing...

Oh grand-one, the latest EVO gives one leg of it, Craven Arms to Newtown, in the Porsche Paprika test report.

I wish you all the best, great roads round there and when the weather is nice, oh god its nice.

I was raised in Wrexham and usedc to drive the coast section quite a bit, but alas I now live down south.

Yes indeed! My brother's getting married the first weekend in May so we'll probably try and take the Cerbie up to Wales with us. It's one way of making sure we don't have to ferry relatives around - if we take the Volvo one of us will end up Unofficial Taxi Driver...

Not to mention the fact that we quite fancy trying the car out in my old stomping ground - some superb roads!

Hi
I would love to meet up with other local TVR owners, and take my Black Griff 500 in a convoy around the welsh hills. I have noticed a few TVR in North Wales recently. Note sure if they are just visiting the area or are new owners.
Mail me if you want to sort something out.
M

Excellent, there are approx 15-20 TVR owners dotted around North Wales. I know of least 4 Chimaera, 3 S3's, 2 x Tuscans, 350 wedge and 2 Griffith drivers, should be able to make a good go at this. Will try to sort something out for the begining of May - will keep everyone posted.

Matthew,

Where abouts do you live in North Wales? Have you got an e-mail address for contacting?

Cheers,

Simon
