Sun May 18th

Unfortunatley the Police cannot spare us any troops to escort the cavalcade (this is due to a big trial at Crown court where the m/cyclists are working their rest days)

so we aim to meet outside Pontins on the south end of Star Gate (sea to your left) for 11.40am
and depart 12 noon in one long cavalcade. This has been ok'd but we MUST obey the lights.

There will be TVRCC marshals at the gathering point to assist with traffic(no not on horseback! )

We will inevitbly get split up as we cruise the prom but it is FAR BETTER than leaving in small groups of up to 10?

There are new speed cametras on the sea front so be warned!

What do ya all think?

Shame, but prefer that the BiB do their bit to ensure the streets are safe rather than watching us.. If the trial is significant enough to require support, wouldn't want the accused scrote getting away..

Aaaaawwww I was looking forward to a long convoy of Tivs down the sea front .

Could we arrange for a few cars to strategically break down at the traffic lights, everyone knows how reliable TVRs can be
