Isolator Switch Connections

We bought an Isolator switch for the M a few months back, and have got to a stage where we can fit it to the car, but the instructions that tell us what to wire to what have gone walkabout.....

Has anyone wired one in before, and could tell us what is connected to what? We have a diode/resistor unit with it, and on the bottom of the switch (along with the battery cable posts) are four male blades - two marked '1', two marked '2'.

Could have sworn I saw it a week or so back, but we think it got blown away at the weekend.
