i am finding that the iffy chim seats and the lack of a left foot support means that when i brake im having to clutch in just to use the left foot as support! if i dont then my body shifts down the seat as nothing (aprart from my foot gently on the brake) is stopping it!

in short....arent these seats rubbish!

Tiggsy,
Sounds like your pedals are too far away from your seat. Move the seat and/or the pedals. Maybe the Chim is too big for you

Andy.

Tiggsy. That is definitely not right. My Mrs isn't exactly tall and has no such problems. And before anyone makes any smart comments about whether or not she has a big a**e then she doesn't so *** ***.

Try fiddling with the steering wheel position, seat position and pedal positions (they are adjustable) until you're comfortable.

I have found the seats to be perfectly OK if not the sort of buttock hugging experience to be found with buckets/sports seats.

Careful not to bring the clutch and brake too far forward though - makes it impossible to heel and toe with the accelerator....
