No, No, Yes get a Bowler, take the nice TVR engine out and out it in a Sports car! Having just got back (A35/A31) from Wiscombe in the Griff I was thinking what a waste, unless, of course, you have a Quarry in the back garden.

Did anyone happen to video it, and fancy encoding it for a download? I soooo want to see the Bowler in action. And see what the VX220 Turbo is about. It has to be a bargain track toy in 1 years time!

Um... there was no VX in the program. Unless I fell asleep half way through, (which isn't impossible)

Didn't see TG until the last 5mins but what these vehicles are aimed at are "Competitive Safari" rallies, kind of like the Colin McRae stuff but with more bumps/ramps/side slopes/water etc. Great fun. I'm in an ARC Land Rover group and the Rover V8 is the engine of choice for these competitions - it's amazing to see how this engine can pull a 2 ton Range Rover up a vertical bank, using loads of wheelspin, nearly on the rev limiter....the noise is amazing! And off-road 30mph fells like 100mph!
