I was extremely surprised, but I was lucky enough to pick up the concours prize for the Cerbera/Tuscan/Tamora category. First time I've won anything to do with the TVRCC - really chuffed to bits with my decanter and (Trevor Wilkinson) signed certifcate. I think the most deserving winners though were the guys who had engine bays that you could eat your dinner off. Some very impressive motors there.

Richard Pogson's immaculate Griff - just needs a quick wipe after you've eaten your dinner direct from the engine bay, and it's an everyday car.
John Horne's lovely red Griffith 200.
An adrenaline-rush-causing SEAC with a "SEAC" number plate - another dinner plate finish.
...............oh, and they were amongst a number of very high quality cars - don't get the idea that any of them had an easy win!!
Loved both the Griff 500 and the Griff 200. They were very very very neat and tidy. I would imagine that when not being used on the road, a team of surgeons could be found under the bonnet tutting that their operating theatres look very dirty in comparison.
That SEAC is nice too - seen it win before IIRC. Sounds like something else too.
