Hey Bryan,
I spent a long time drooling over your car at the last car club meet, where it looked very, very nice.
However, it looks so much nicer still ina rear view mirror. Pitty I didn't get that view for too long!
You (I hope it was you!) were on the M60 Northbound between Denton and Oldham. I, sadly was not in the 350i, but in my wifes Yaris, having just dropped the TiV at RT Racing fro some attention, so I might not have stood out from the crowd as much as normal!

You have me sussed well and truly. Yes, I paid a visit to SFR Engineering in Stockport for Shane Fearns (ex TVR race mechanic) to give her the once over. Its a good length of motorway to stretch her legs on the way back to Halifax.
What colour Yaris were you driving Phil - a black one? A blue one? I'll have to switch the stealth mode on if I am going to get this publicity!
Shane has not had my car to do anything on it yet. He took it for a test drive with me and tells me that it is all OK and just like any other Tuscan. I've got it booked in for the end of this week for him to inspect the throttle bodies and pot etc though as I am convinced it could be alot smoother.
Met a chap yesterday who got an Ohlin upgrade from Shane and he is very pleased with it - I've only heard good things about him - but on this occassion you are getting sorted out before me Sir!

Bryan:
Nice to meet you at the Classic Car show on Saturday - the Tamora parked just in front of yours was mine.
The Tuscan certainly looks the dog's bo11ocks.
By the way, the congratulations I gave you just as I was leaving were for the rumoured prize you got at the show for the Tuscan!
Hopefully Janet and I will meet you again soon at one of the meets/run outs, perhaps with your better half.

Hi Julian!
Yes of course I remember you and your lovely yellow Tamora which was quite stunning in the dazzling sunshine - I'm sure you will really enjoy that car as the engine loosens up even more.
Gorners (Wigan) are holding an open day on Saturday 28th June and again on the Sunday morning with bacon butties (FOC to all TVR peeps) to be followed by a run out somewhere in the country. Maybe see you there or somewhere else in the very near future? Its the Mcr/Cheshire TVRCC meet week on Tuesday near Lymm. We often have the Blackpool crew join us.
Yep, collected a little trophy for the Tuscan at the show and the TVRCC won 2nd prize for Best Club Stand (we got first last year!). We definitely need more space for the 40 TVRs on show.
See you around soon.
Cheers

Bryan:
Thanks for the info - Janet and I will be visiting HLG on the Sunday morning rather than the Saturday - maybe see you there? Wrt the Mcr/Cheshire meet at Lymm, anything south of Blackpool during the week isn't particularly convenient, so I think we'll be focusing on the Blackpool meets.
Hope to see you and your highly polished Tuscan soon!
Cheers
