TVR friendly leather trimming close to Sheffield?

Had a windscreen replaced badly a while ago, company that did it went bust and I've finally had the verbal OK from the insurance company to get the damge they did on the dash fixed - (quarter inch wide gash running 4 inches along)..
Anyone know where I can get this done? 2 options would be either close to Sheffield where I live, or perhaps Plymouth close to the folks that I am supposed to be visitng soon.. Gives me the excuse to take the car off the road and do a load of small tidy up jobs at once if I do it down there..
