what do they sound like
Discussion
had my chim for a year now and was told by the salesman "yes they sound great when you're in it but wait till one overtakes you " Now then i'm still waiting . All i've seen is 1 tuscan 1 T350 both parked at the Team Valley on the same day so they were pretty quiet 2 chims pootling in traffic and 1 cerb at a petrol station.Is this some sort of low scoring record of spots in year
I heard someone else drive up the road in my car for the first time in 6 months of having my Chimaera. And it sounded bloody awsome! I made him promise to give it a bit of welly too! (he wasn't complaining!
)
There's a 4.0l Griff that drives round my little village sometimes which sounds very nice but I've been told that mine is quite a bit louder!! Yay!!
Edited to say: Yep, that is a pretty poor spotting record!! A good drive round on a sunny sunday afternoon in the english countryside is always good spotting time! On my way into work a few weeks ago I saw 3 Chims, 2 Tuscans, a griff and a T350!! So far though I seem to be the only TVR driver who actually overtakes anyone else!! Most just seem to potter about at 60mph on a motorway/carridgeway/A road/B road!! Not that I go faster of course!

Here's another couple - a slightly modified Tamora exhaust.
This was recorded immediately after fitting. It sounds even deeper/louder now there's a bit of carbon build-up inside
