Herts/Beds TVRCC Meet - 8th June

It's almost time! And this month I'm not jetting off anywhere so I can actually make it - my first one!

Just wanted to make sure it is on as usual at the Three Horseshoes pub in Harpenden. What time do proceedings commence?

Also there is a meet in Milton Keynes at Willen Lake on the same day - any plans to blast over there or meet up with the MK contingent at any time?

Yes, this Sunday at the 3 Horseshoes, Harpenden. I've suggested that if the weather is fine, we make our third attempt to get to Dunstable Downs for a photo shoot.

Either way, most folk start arriving at around 12.30. If you want to eat it can be worth getting there a bit earlier to be sure of getting a table.

Register on our E-group for regular updates about what is happening in the Herts/Beds region, the Middlesex region and the Bucks region.

Me too! On a complete off chance, I met R&J at the downs and introduced myself!(complete with my astra, but that would be frowned upon woudn't it...)

I, as co-organiser of the MK meet, will be going straight to willen, primarily so SWMBO can shop first, but a warm welcome awaits everyone who can make it to willen from 11ish onwards. I can see this one going on for a while, so if the Herts/Beds (i.e. the locals ) group would like to make their way up the A5 (a brief 15 minute blast) they are of course, as always, more than welcome!

Looking forward to seeing as many as possible of you there on Sunday!

Ok, so I think my plan is currently this...

12.30 - Three Horseshoes, Harpenden
2.30(ish, or whatever time others go and of course weather dependent) - Dunstable Downs
4(ish, and if others want to go too) - Willen Lake, MK

Any opinions from others, or others with a similar plan want to convoy?

The Northants crowd are going to Pulloxhill to a Porsche club BBQ, so I will probably go there afterwards.
