So, who's coming to Zolder?

Anyone taking their T350 along?
I would love to see it in the flesh and meet it on the track (track: on second thought, I probably wouldn't )

Gerjo, the gearbox on the XJ220 still isn't fixed so it looks like the old TVR might have to be made ready for the trip. Unless, of course, it rains when I'll be able to scare everyone again in the BMW

I'll be there, especially as I have now fixed my TVR's fueling problems.

Are we taking bets on which car Colin will turn up in?

Don't make jokes like that, Roy. The way things are at the moment, I might need a lift.

I'll be there too. With a spare seat if anybody gets absolutely stuck for transport (although luggage could get a little interesting - the boot is full of wheels, tools, spares etc). Anybody else tunneling over on Thursday afternoon?

I'm booked on the 13.32 crossing, Thursday.

Johno, I'll buy you lunch at the track, assuming that you've not already ordered the ham roll and can of coke for €10.

Terminator,
coming over for Zolder, have a lunch stop in the "Belgian Club House" I keep a parking slot for the XJ then. We can make the trip to Heerlen together, make sure to take jump cables and a towing hook so I get there too.

Me & TVRMark are tunneling early morning (08:29) on Thursday to allow plenty of time for "repairs & refreshment".

I'll be there - hopefully travelling in convoy with a certain "Green V8S", and aiming for the 11.36 EuroTunnel on the Thursday. Got my sights set on some 4 litre class silverware, assuming I manage to avoid last year's less than optimal metal on metal brake configuration.

Cheers

You're on ... I haven't booked the ham rolls and coke after seeing what people got last year ...

We're on the ferry at 12:30ish on Thursday. £40 for a 4 day round trip ... too much of a bargain to turn down really.

Please tell me the TVR is going to make it this year Colin ? You promised a ride !

Fish has got continental track day cover through Sunninghill (Royal Sun Alliance) as long as he doesn't do any timed runs, but they don't do odd days insurance

Apparently this company does though
www.competition-car-insurance.co.uk/

but it is not cheap

Then he'd better not win any trophies, although with me, Johno and GreenV8S there, that would be very unlikely

Thanks for the replies am waiting for a quote from competition car insurance althoug I am sure it will be expensive. The most anoying thing is the first line of A ONES'S ad in Sprint says "free track day cover" and after yesterdays phone conversation they are going to start charging new customers for UK track days & existing customers on renewal. Also what is the difference between a track in the UK & one on the continent?
