Hi VYT....

A number of Mid Essex and Suffolk peeps will be there for the track day and a few more Mid Essex will convoy up for the racing on Sunday.

I'll be there on Friday but am a trackday novice. Midnight Blue Chim as long as it gets out of service (3 days instead of 1 )

Then marshalling for the whole weekend so all in all a big few TVR packed days

Me too.

Just been knocking together a temporary chin spoiler having lost the original (scary thing is I don't know where - another Chimaera owner perhaps). Mine will be green Chimaera with sparks flying from underneath.

I'll be there but not driving.

I'll be one of those trying to make sure you all get in the right lanes at the start

I'll be there in my Green Griff. Still finishing off my roll bar at the moment! Staying to watch on Saturday too but unfortunately not Sunday. See you there!

I'll be there in my blue Tamora, there are a couple of other's from the Berkshire TVRCC aswell.
It's my first trackday and I can't wait. Will be taking a camcorder, so should have some good footage.

Couple of us will be meeting at Taunton Dean services on the M5 at about 6.15am. Red Chim and my Blue Cerb. Probably stop at Gordano for fuel aroung 7.00. Anybody else on that route?

John (S2) and I are meeting at J27 so could call in at Taunton Deane. That's a very early start though! I guess you'll arrive at CC at 7:15 ish - why so early? Would you be happy to meet a little later? (Or perhaps my journey times are a bit optimistic )

Hmm, might be a tad early, but then with me driving like a granny........ Wanted to get there around 7.30 - 7.45. Have to make a fuel stop at Gordano just 'cos it's the last station selling super unless the one outside of the circuit sells super now?

I was thinking it must be at least an hour from Taunton Dean to the Circuit?

Unfortunately I'm not going this w/e. But I'm hoping to pick some brains here for advice. A couple of guys at work are talking about organising a track day at Castle Combe (should be a wide range of kit - from a couple of Imprezas, through boring BMW's to a really heavily breathed upon old Sunbeam Lotus) - not having taken my S3 onto the track before I thought this all sounded great - my only concern / question is regarding the noise regulations.

Will a standard stainless S3 exhaust get through the 100db limit? Anybody care to comment? I tried this on the 'S Forum' but didn't get much joy. Much appreciate any replies.

Thanks
