Anyone any comments good or bad about Webbs TVR Bodyshop as i'm thinking of giving them a try for a respray. I now have the unfortunate need to find a good bodyshop since Sunday when an old fool reversed into my Chimaera in a car park. The fact that I was sat in it, stationary at the time, sounding the horn and waving my arms could not persuade him from to hitting my rear wing so now it needs a respray. Anyone any recommendations / suggestions as his insurance company will be forking out for it (so do I just take it back to the factory?). To add insult to injury his parting comment was "Well at least it's only a car"! Twat

Gavin,

Haven't actually used them yet but they come highly recommended.I visited them last week and toured the facility with Jason the owner.Following this I've got my Griff 500 booked in with them for a rear light 'blended' conversion at the end of the month -so I'll let you know then what I think!

The paint finish was good when they replaced my N/S door but little things let them down, they resprayed the whole car but there are some marks around the rear lights, also they fitted new bolts, which are thicker and have rubbed the body when the door is closed. Also the door isn’t as flush on the side they replaced.

I will probably try someone else next time as these little things are annoying and meant I spent a lot of money on something which isn’t perfect. Although the car does look much better than when it went in.
