Advanced Driving Courses…Do it!

If you have not had an advanced driving course before I would highly recommend the full day advanced driving day with RideDrive. Completed a full day course yesterday and still can not believe how much I learnt about the car and myself as a driver (thanks madcop). Everything about this course is relevant and WILL (no matter how much of a competent driver you already are) make you a better driver. Learn the advanced skills, find out about the limits of your car (safely) and enjoy the rest of you driving days .

Yeah, me too. I had a great ½ day with MadCop and learnt things over and above what the IAM already taught me.

Thoroughly recommended.

I have just completed the RideDrive 2 day course (Monday and Tuesday) and must agree that it is an essential part of really enjoying the car on public roads, you really do progress at an alarming rate quite safely The enthusism of the instructors is an eyeopener, especially as they are serving or ex police drivers

As all have said on this thread, it is a must. I will probably take a 1/2 day refresher every year or so
