Back from Italy.

Well we made it there and back excellent week away and would definitely recommend taking a TVR out there, the twisty roads leading to where we were staying were lots of fun, also the Griff attracted so much attention.

The drive there was great, meeting a couple of Swiss Caterham owners on the way, also playing with a couple of Ferraris, and a stupidly quick 996 turbo.

The drive back was also great, being able to blast back through France, the Griff fully loaded happily cruised at 110-130 (surely kph) and sprinted up hill to 155 (playing with a Merc ).

Nice one Paul. Jealous.. havent taken Griff (and the misses) abroad for a good while. Feels great being able to stretch it's legs eh ?! (I mean the car )

Yeah it was great to be over there, you’ve got to do it, one of the best bits was when a Italian guy came into the restaurant we were eating in asking if the Griff was mine, he’d brought down his Morgan to photo with it, he then took me for a spin in the Morgan then I took him out in the Griff, he even had the Classic Cars magazine with him with the Griff buying guide in, I told him to check out PH.

Hi, just back from Italy myself, unfortunately by big silver bird and a coach tour. Sorry I missed you, would have been nice to see a tiv. Did anyone see or know about a yellow Ferrari/Iso Griffo/Bizarini type car, seen in Sorrento, with a possibly charity poster on its side possibly reading Edinburgh/Glasgow/Italy tour or similar. Saw it whilst on a bus.
