I rang them the other day and they were excellent. I was after washers, and they sent them out for free as I bought something else. Top service.

Had to call them a couple of weeks ago after they sent me two left brake calipers.

Couldn't fault their response. New part sent next day post and asked to return the incorrect part when convenient.
