I assume that's the very same car I watched going round Brands hatch in 99-2000 with the full team race using the Touring car /Brit Gt race meeting to shake it down. It never seemed to run for long but when it did. I didn't own a Tvr then and little did I realise the significance of the events that day. Kind of didn't take that much notice, I assumed I'd see it a lot more Than we did.
I must be one of the few lucky enough to see it coming in and out the pits in full race trim. Can't remember the drivers now but they meant business

Hi,
Sometimes it's nice to observe a certain eticate,
If it was me that had posted the image and it was an issue, I would just remove it...
It is obviously not what G wants, be nice to respect this and just delete it.....

So who is G? I’m asking as I don’t know. The ops post doesn’t say if they do or didn’t have permission or if they were stood in a public area and took the picture. Which would be perfectly fine. Sometimes it's nice to observe a certain eticate,

If it’s G’s workshop and /or car. Then they should say so if they are objecting. But they haven’t. So as just a “reader” of this thread and not knowing the people behind the usernames. It seems a rather odd request.
Looking at G's (Graham Abbott) profile, he does indeed appear to be the owner of a speed 12 which is currently being rebuilt - see 'My Garage'. If it is a private workshop and someone has entered without permission then G has a valid point.
If though, the car is in a garage/workshop where other customers are allowed to enter then I'm not sure G can force the picture removal? That would be between the garage and Graham concerning privacy?
If this is G's car and he is rebuilding it, I would love to see a thread with lots of pictures detailing the work. I for one would be very interested in seeing the progress from workshop back to the track for such a rare and iconic car.

In which case, I think it reasonable to remove it.
Interesting that this pic was posted by Graham a few months ago...

And it's one of the Cerbera Speed 12's, not the Speed 12 racing car, which IS at TrackVRoad :-)

The irony is that this thread started on 7th March and was all over, dead buried and forgotten, four posts and two days later.
Now 'G' has reopened it... and exposed his property to many more eyes.... still goingseven eight posts later...
Confucious, he say, "Let sleeping dogs lie"...

Your first port of call would be the workshop owners to verify whether they gave consent to film activities in THEIR workshop, and secondly why they didn't confer this consent with a customer.
Of course if this is YOUR private workshop then it's a different matter.
Otherwise it's all p1ssing into the wind..

You're better off messaging a mod to delete than bumping a previously abandoned thread for more exposure.
I also find it weird that you'd happily post your own pictures of your car online, but get upset if someone else has shown an interest.
I think you're just a cry baby / attention seeker to be honest.

Strange that someone would own and presumably drive an outrageous looking /stand out in the crowd car that the owner must surely expect to be photographed everywhere it goes ( and probably loves the attention it gets.....),and then complain when that happens .Clasic car repairers in my experience are full of visiting enthusiasts taking snaps,it is what happens and the owner knows it.If the owner is worried that peopIe now know it has had work done, well all cars require work sometime.
I agree with others ........attention seeking, but of course that is often part of the desire to own such vehicles, and that includes me
