Hmmmm. So they think a big white plaster on a cut lip is a good look......It could go on the black mesh grille, but I suspect that might interfere with airflow to the engine.

The sound is just fantastic, and it looks so much better in the flesh. That flat red paint in the photos is actually that glowing deep red you see on the current generation of Renaults.
Quite agree ..I’m a bit stumped why their website photos look like they do. Needs a BIG update as the paint finish is nothing short of gobsmacking in the flesh..spagbogdog said:

Interesting front view of the car with the TVR logo now visible on the ‘grill’...the lights with the green tint won’t be everyone’s cuppa...but I do like the white paintwork..makes the front look a lot sleeker...

Must admit that I was really unimpressed by the new Griffith on the launch videos and really .............................................. realy disliked the wheels it had on it.
However at Burghley in the flesh it's much better that the launch shots suggested. Still not my cup of tea but then again I do not have the funds to buy one and actually struggle to find a new car that I actually like so changing my feelings on the new Griffith like they have is something just short of amazing. As others have mentioned the new wheels are so much better than those they originally had fitted and I too would love to see some in a much lighter colour even silver on it. Poor old Qbee was explaining to me how the blacks wheels fitted in the colour scheme joining up the black from grill, sills, to rear diffuser.

But they have been listening - the launch wheels were ultra-naff. The black wheels yesterday really suited the car.

Side on I think it looks quite nice, not jaw dropping want one now but nice all the same. However, this angle it looks grotesque. That rear end, functional as it may be just does the car no favours at all especially in the 3/4 view. I really wish them well but for me looks are a big part of what I want in a car and it just does nothing for me. That said, having seen it a couple of times in the flesh I admit it does look better than photos suggest.
Does anyone think they concentrated to much on making a Le Mans car rather than a consumers car. I mean all the aerodynamic stuff is great but honestly would you really get the benefit of it when using it as a daily drive. Now I know it has to handle well and be powerfull to compete with other Marques at this price but I just get the feeling that the aerodynamics have got in the way of the design. I like the car but not enough to want to buy one. The design is good but not great, I would just liked to have seen a bit more of that TVR rawness to it, the kinda thing that makes it stand out as a TVR. All the aero will be great at Le mans and perhaps this is LE big target but maybe that has got in the way of designing a great everyday road car. However the build quality looks fabulous and the use of the Coyote engine and Carbon tub is a big step forward in my opinion so underneath the skin it is all good I just wish the could have been a bit more agressive in its appearance.

'rawness' - as in being a bit crap?no thanks.
and for all the modern excitement over Sagaris styling - they didn't sell very many...
few people wanted them at that price, and underneath the skin, 60s production technology. Historically their best selling cars, whilst being obviously a TVR were not particularly aggressive.. they did not need to be, their performance spoke for itself.. aggressiveness of other car designers styling, perhap being a need to distract from the car limitations. or just chasing a fashion
