Taraka engine with mechanical lifters

Hi everybody,

I have just buy a TVR Griffith 500 with taraka engine upgrade.

The previous owner say me that this engine use mechanical lifters with adjustable push rods.

I hear a small sound of "rocker lever" in the engine top

What is the good mesure to adjust the rocker arms and the valves to have good clearances

All the Taraka conversions/upgrades were done by TVR Power.

I would advise contacting Power/Dom to get the 'best' answer.

Them there are roller rockers
Don't think they were part of that particular build, someones put some money in there.

Yup roller rockers. Chances are tvr power might have the spec sheet on their system if you give them the reg.
