What would cause this issue

On a cerbera 4.5

Some smoke from the passenger side exhaust under hard acceleration above 5000 rpm?

Is this an easy fix or expensive

Sometimes if they are over filled with oil they can burn oil as it spills out from the catch tank that's situated below the N/s airbox?

Doubtful though as its had regular maintenance ,also a rebuild @45K if it is this one

As was said what does the owner say??

If its had a full rebuild around 31K miles ago I doubt it anything worn like valve giudes etc as they would have been replaced.
Maybe it has a ring stuck? has it ever over heated that may cause this ?
Again ask the owner if it is this one?
