I would need to dig the bill out but I'm sure I paid around £200 all in for mine.

I had mine sleeved on my Tuscan and had the silencer boxes removed which were replaced with custom fitted stainless pipe and I paid £100 all in...

This was however at Rebel Powerpipes in Barton upon Humber so not in the right area, but they are a Powerflow dealership who are nationwide, so there must be one closer to you!

When I had the Chim, David Batty did it for a very reasonable £160 and a good job he did too.
Now at Godalming so not far from Fleet.
This was 4 years ago mind

Try Calvin at Wilton Morgan Hurst - I'm sure he will do you a good deal

I have sleeved exhaust on mine. Would be willing to do a swap if you can wait a couple of weeks or so as I am worrking away at the moment. My other half thinks it to loud being fully decatted.

Thoughts on leaving the wadding in or not. I know of one well known dealer who carry out sleeving and leave the wadding out. As long as the welding is spot on , I assume resonance isn't much of an issue?! I assume volume shouldn't change with the wadding in, as it's essentially a straight-through system once sleeved?

Digger, just asked who did mine, this is his reply

Yes leave wadding in. I think they're too "boomy" otherwise. I cut the end open and put 2 pipes down the inside of the existing ones in the box then weld the end back up

A lot of companies do a "sports exhaust system" which is just chop the top of the box open and remove all the wadding then weld it back up. You actually lose power likr that because the gasses are going into one big box

Hello Starmistblue400,

So do you think that doing this way -->> http://www.centraltvr.com/product/exhaust-modifica...

Would I loose power? I am currently running a standard system with pre cats still in and a DB test 6 months ago got the following results 81.5db on tick over 96.2 at 4,500 and 101.8 on the full.

No you wont, this is the normal method of sleeving but you might want to think about leaving some wadding in to stop and drone or boom
