During my steering rack repair saga, the adaptor for the return pipe on the rack went missing in action. The first company in Coventry that tried to repair the rack 'forgot' to return it. It then went to Bristol where it was repaired and they used their own adaptor to test the rack.
So, wanting to get the car back on the road asap, I fitted the rack and only realised the adaptor was missing when I tried to connect up. After a lot of naughty words directed at all and sundry I contacted the first company in Coventry. They were really quite helpful but could not find the part.
"TVR Power is just along the road, they might have one." Contacted TVR Power and after a minute or so of checking a Cerb rack found the part I needed. The part was picked up by the first company and sent on their delivery truck to a local business where I collected it.

And TVR Power declined to let me pay! I have never used them before but amazing helpful service.

Went there last week with my two year old battery and it was swapped in an instant with no questions.

I know it has a three year warranty but I know loads of companys that would be asking loads of questions and trying to get out of it.

Few years ago had an issue with another well known company and a small part had broken/ disappeared.

They refused to help but Power sent me the part at no cost by post.

Really helpful chaps and recommend anyone to use them.

Glad to hear others have similar stories about them.

I am not happy at all, TVR power changed my engine to a 4.5 and charged me for it, I am going to have to have a chat with Dom about this

No seriously I had an issue with my car after the engine was upgraded and they spent a week trying to trace it and was corrosion on a plug, which they sent me a photo of and never charged me a penny which included getting it to them on a low loader
