Ric Wood Motorsports - stockport

Hi,

Has anyone had an engine re builds from Ric wood motorsports in Stockport? or any TVR mechanical work from them?

I believe they may have done a lot of TVR work in the past?

I've used them for dyno mapping my 400, but not anything else.

I do know that John Eales uses Ric for all his head work and I believe he also does work for BTCC.

I've had a tour of his premises and he does have all the tools needed to do this type of work.

Have a chat with him as even though he isn't a TVR specialist as such, his experience and knowledge is well known.

I've been using Ric for 25yrs, when he was the Capri Centre.
He was able to improve things when the other 'experts' had run out of ideas.
He has along history with TVRs and a depth of knowledge on engine tuning and modification.

He's not cheap and won't suffer fools gladly.

I guess having owned a few TVR's people always take about STR8SIX Jason and Dom at Power, I was interested how Ric Wood compared to these guys on TVR's...
