Hand bell loaned at Neil Garner Open Day

Last year's Open Day, I requested the loan of a hand bell for the auction, some kind gentleman answered my request, the bell went 'missing' during our hour of need, anyway, thereafter the show it was found and is still in safe keeping at Neil's workshop. I would like to hand it back to its rightful owner ....... Trouble is, I have absolutely no idea who gave it to me in the first place! All I know, it belongs to a TVR owner from the midlands... Should the owner read this, could you drop me a line so I can make sure it is returned safely[/footnote]
