Sounds like a low budget effort. I've seen Tuscan rolling chassis advertised for low money (albeit not recently) and while a 3.9 could be picked up for peanuts from just about any breakers yard, a 4.x-5 litre TVR Power lump will still set you back a couple of grand...

There's quite a few of us out there with lots of time on their hands and not a lot of money, especially younger folks.
