Testing a speedo

I have a Speedometer that I had when I had my Tamora. I bought it as a working model, but I have no way of testing it.

Does any one know a way of powering it up to test it? I have had questions like whether any of the pixels have failed but obviously cant see until its powered.

Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
