Cheers for the heads up. Purchased. I have been waiting for a set to turn up at a reasonable price.

Did your Tuscan seats fit on the Griff seat runners?

Hi Mathew
Well done mate, yep, bolted straight on and a huge improvement. Keeping the griff then!

Should be a nice easy swap then, cheers Ian.

I have been on the lookout for a set of Tuscan seats since you took me out for a spin in your griff. I never realised you could take the cusions out to turn it into a proper bucket style seat for track days. I was considering the Elise seats like Peter has but I think the Tuscan seats are more in keeping and help retain a bit of originality.

I am very interested in that roll bar you are having fitted. I have seen precat's one and I think that looks great especially with the Tuscan seats. Very similar to the roll bar TVR installed in the Tuscan 2 convertible so in my eyes even though the roll bar is not original it keeps as close to TVR design as possible.

Still not ruling out a T350 but I would like to keep the Griff if I can find a solution which I am happy with to adapt the Griff to safer track use while still keeping it looking nice and not like a track hack.

Hi Matt,

I run my Tuscan without the cushion all the time otherwise I look over the screen.

I just made a 10mm cushion with black leather and the sewing machine to cover the webbing, with this in place you wouldn't know other than the seat looks like a deeper bucket.
Next time we meet have a look.
