Is it pretty much as it was originally or you had to do heavy works during it's life (engine, chassis, body, trim...)?

Purchased in 1994 with 10,000mls covered and in excellent condition but with room for improvement. In 2013 had a body off chassis repair having the usual outrigger corrosion issues, outriggers removed + new items fabricated using more robust tubing before the whole chassis was blasted + powder coated. Fitted a Rollcentre half cage/roll bar as I used to track day the car which I no longer do, replaced front brakes with Bremsport items otherwise unmolested with factory spec matching numbers NCK V8 remains installed. It's a much cherished + loved TVR!
