Temperature probe /fan

Hi , I am looking for a temperature probe that screws in type and one that I can connect it to a ajustable temperature knob / thingy whatever it's called , all I can find are probes that fit between hose !!
Anyone ?

That's the one bsp fitting so I can custom make a bottom hose with the sencor socket in :-)
