Hello All,
I have a few electrical gremlins with my 96 Chimaera. It's been laid up over winter and with a re charge of the battery she refuses to do anything! Lights work and the wipers seem to do there own thing!
I'm based in North Wales and would like any feedback regarding TVR minded garages or individuals that may be able to assist!
I've read some of the topics and threads relating to my woes but am not a mechanic and will only cause more harm if I have a go myself fiddling with relays and fuses!!
Many thanks,
Chris

If you have power in the garage you should really leave a battery conditioner such as an Accumate attached over the layup period.
If the battery was flattened you'll need to reset the alarm/immobiliser.
Remove the +ive terminal from the battery for about 10-15 seconds, then as you reattach the terminal press the fob button and you should hear a few beeps as the unit resets. As long as there is nothing else wrong the fuel pump will prime and then you shoudl be able to start the car.
Also, check the connections of all the obvious underbonnet ignition systems and clean off any corrosion on terminals etc.
