As this thread is getting a bit sexist in the interest of equality I'd like to state that if you use a female whale you will need one flap per seat.

Mike expect to need two hides with some left over if your doing the back although size of hides varies there is no exact rule of thumb when it comes to how much as each hide will have imperfections and the trimmer will use certain parts of a hide in different places depending on wear to an area etc however leather facing and back and sides in a matching Vinyl is probably a better option and hard to tell the difference
