I just thought I should mention some great service I recently received from ACT.

I have one of their exhaust systems on my car and the back box has been resonating and buzzing for a while. I got round to phoning Tim a week for so ago, mentioned it and he stuck a replacement on a van the very next day completely free of charge.

I know they have a lifetime guarantee but it is very reassuring to know that it will be honoured without question, my old one was a very early quiet back box so it must be at least 5 years old.

Didn't know about a lifetime guarantee, but Tim has always been amazing. I found out he was on holiday and sorting an issue for me once.

Always been really helpful even when there as been the incorrect part for the car sent (you know what TVR were like?) he jumped on it and dealt with it rapidly

+1 ... I was on holiday in the lake district a few years ago and had a plug extender fail (from a new set) and he sent one out to me to the hotel I was staying at.
