Hi folks,

This might seem real stupid and I can pretty much guess the answer but hey we all have to learn right?

I am currently changing the front coilovers on my RX7, due to room in my garage I can only jack up one corner at a time. The instructions I am following state that I should be able to press down gently on the hub and the coilover will lower down with the arm and can then be removed. No matter how hard I try it just isn't going to move.

Am I right in thinking the anti roll bar is going to have to be removed from the arm as its forcing the suspension upwards?

I await your ribbing smile

Haha yep I sure have...not constantly tho, got the rear end sorted and had to wait for the bushes for the front to arrive. Plus wanted to clean up the chassis. Biggest gripe, it be cold and dark out there lol

And in answer to your question, yes, almost certainly without seeing a pic.

You should undo and remove the drop link / roll bar link from your suspension strut.
