hi got a 2011 qashqai 2.0 diesel 4x4 its had new bottom arms drop links inner and outer track rods new struts and still has a knocking noise from the passenger side driving me mad

The only way is to get under it and give everything a jiggle.
Could be something as simple as a loose heat shield.
Hard to diagnose over the interweb.

Steering rack mounts or ARB bushes?

[Reciprocating mass]

Check all the plastic parts are not rattling around under the bonnet
Things like the air filter box assy and induction pipes
A slight rattle from these will amplify through the bulkhead and sound awful
