Upgraded Brakes??

Hello i am thinking of upgrading my brakes and was thinking of using either Tarox G88 discs or Black Diamond Combi discs.
Does anyone recomend these discs or know of any other good discs? these will be used for fast road and possibly a little bit of track use?
Also does anyone recomend pads that would compliment these discs?
