Salt corrison alloy wheel = fix ?

Is there any fix or cleaning prodeure? to remove the oxdiese salt onto alloy rim? or is it scrapped

Depends on the extent of the damage, there should be wheel reconditioners close to you take it to an expert they should be able to tell you.
