Personally fine and safe to use probably has reduced grip but nothing you'd notice unless on a track

Interesting, how can you tell? No, I don't ever buy part worn tyres, this is a new to me car, so wouldn't know...

you can tell a tyre is part worn, because it is no longer new.

When it is new, it is new.. After it is used, it is part worn.

You can tell because the part of the tyre that contacts the road is worn. As you'd expect from a tyre that has been used for a while.

I never bought the tyres pal, the car is a new to me car, no idea where the tyres came from or when in its life.
