It might help to know what vehicle they're going on, as someone's experience on a 60hp FWD Hyundai i10 may not be much use if you're thinking of putting them on an 500hp Porsche.
But, in general, for cold & wet conditions the CC3 Sport will be better than the PS5s, but for warm & dry, or even warm & wet condition the PS5 would be better.

That’s a very good point. It’s to go on a mk7 golf gti in Scotland. But, in general, for cold & wet conditions the CC3 Sport will be better than the PS5s, but for warm & dry, or even warm & wet condition the PS5 would be better.
