Any Hyundai brake pad experts on here please?

Ordered front and rear brake pads for son's 2019 Hyundai i10

Parcel arrived today, fronts labelled correctly, rears not so.

Pagid pads.

Fitting says part number 101 85 0598 which according to the box are for a Hyundai Accent, Elantra, i20, i30, and a number of Kia models.
According to the website, the correct part number should be 101850818.

I haven't sized the replacements against the old ones, yet. Was wondering if anyone can confirm if they're interchangeable.

Anyone have a parts book to hand please?

Perhaps a call to them might be helpful.

The only other answer is to look at the physical pads I would have thought, as any parts book will just replicate the online catalogue.

Halfords

Called yesterday, was initially told to take them to "the store".
The nearest is nearly 3 hours away which is why I ordered on line. They are supposedly sending a return label, I wait with baited breath.

The part number on the ones they've sent, according to their website, says i10 but the box doesn't. The lone comment on their website gives it one star.
The correct part number for the i10 is different.

Yes going to have to swop cars around and get the i10 back in the garage and on the ramp and do a comparison. It's currently raining.

Didn't see that, I'll bet that causes lots of issues!

If I were you I would try "partsinmotion" they are excellent & VERY helpful if you have any issues to speak to them.

They have an ebay store also if that helps, they have been my go-to place for parts for some time now.

According to Wikipedia, 2019 is a crossover year.

Did you order with the reg number or just selecting the make, model and year?

Reg No, then selected front then rear.

Took brakes apart to check and it seems that the pads they sent (to fit Hyunda Accent, i20, i30 etc) are virtually identical to the ones on the car so I should be able to go ahead and use them, once I get my wind the pistons back tool tomorrow). Panic over.
(No return label from Halfords....)

Meanwhile you can use a set of long-nosed pliers with the jaws opened up to suit the piston end.

A bit late to this, but fitment lists on packaging are not comprehensive, so don't worry too much if your car's not listed.

The list will have been generated when a new pad reference is added & will reflect current applications. If the pad fits a large number of vehicles only the most popular may be listed & the list may not be updated as new applications are added.

In other words, it's a useful confirmation if your vehicle's listed but not cause for panic if it isn't.

And if you open the bleed nipple it makes it 10x easier to push back with pliers.

Email from Halfords yesterday, please return the items to the store.
So my telephone call explaining that the nearest store was 90 miles, 3 hours away didn't sink in then.

They did actually fit in the end despite being a different part number.

Won't EVER buy from Halfords again.
