Is this puncture repairable? (see pic)

long screw, car was only driven 10m from where it occured, screw is stuck and won't come out when pulled on. Could hear air leaking non-stop but half an hour later was hardly deflated.

Many thanks, just ordered a new one online, another £105 spent inc fitting but thats life.
