Mondeo Mk3 brake questions...

I need to change the brakes all round on the stheap this week. I'm happy about changing discs and pads, but have a couple of Mundaneo-specific questions.

1. I know I need a rewind tool for the rear calipers - will the set of Laser tools I've got have the right adaptor? I don't want to strip the back brakes down then realise I can't wind the piston back in...

2. How much brake fluid do I need to replace it completely? Just wondering if I can get away with a 1L bottle, as I probably won't need it again for a couple of years.
