Hi,
I understand it's important to remove bird poo as quickly as possible.
I've seen Auto Glym do bird dropping wipes but they seem a little expensive for what they are.
Please share what you keep in your car in the event of removing the unwanted drops on the car.
Many thanks
I saw these and tried them - they leave an oily residue on the car. I understand it's important to remove bird poo as quickly as possible.

I'd go with the detailing spray in side pocket.
And with only dealing with it when car not in motion

think I'd prefer something disposable? Do you throw the microfibre away or bring it and the poo back into the car?
Try baby wipes, amazing what they'll remove
If bringing a soiled rag into the car is an issue, a ziplock bag followed by washing machine? But I remind the jury of the Top Gear BMW convertible test, which suggested the bird faeces might be the least of your worries... Try baby wipes, amazing what they'll remove

I've used baby wipes and hand wipes and the same problem - oily, soapy residue. If you think I'm being anal, I'd plead that this is the detailing sub-forum where such behaviour is expected and condoned
.I suppose IPA wipes might be a good solution.

If it was a particularly large splat I'll fold the cloth and put it in for washing later.
You can never have too many microfibre cloths.
