Hi All,

As the title says, I'm having some trouble with green moss/algae appearing on the car window rubbers.

I will admit that the car doesn't get used much so doesn't get a chance to dry or heat up properly on many ocassions.

Is there anything I can do to help with this. Any preventative measures that can be taken?

Thanks in advance.

A decent clean with a toothbrush and some all purpose cleaner. Then condition the rubber properly. Finally dont leave the car outside near trees or in the damp. Airflow will keep the worst of the growth away.

Do not park under Sycamore or London Plane trees any more.

Many thanks for the responses.

Car isn't parked under trees where possible - just doesn't get used much.
