paint renovation on van

Have got hold of an oldish Merc Sprinter that was previously washed with a yard brush.

I have removed the old company livery but the paintwork is very dull and covered in scratches.

I want to neaten it up without spedlnding a fortune so was going to buy a machine polisher from Argos and compound the whole van.

Any suggestions on what products to use ?

Not g3.

Buy da (about £80 from argos); click on CleanYourCar for cheap pads and some small menzerna bottles (heavy medium fine cut).

With it being a merc expect low paint depth.

I would also wait till it gets warmer if your planning on doing outside.
