Hi,some advice appreciated on freshly bought classic TVR.Paintwork is in good condition apart from noticing a raised blister of paintwork just below fuel filler. When I press on it the paint surface moves. Its not cracked yet.Seems to have come up since I got the car home and it's sat outside for a few weeks in the cold weather. Were moving house - yes I know it's Christmas!!! But should be in garage attached to house this weekend - so out of the weather.Does this require re-spray of the whole offending panel or are there any other solutions.Car resprayed in 1990's.thanks in advance dave

Sounds very much like moisture underneath the paint.

Unfortunately it means taking the area back, treating the cause and then repainting. Although a little gentle heat may improve it if the car is now being stored in dry conditions.
