Hello chaps, just wondering what my best way to proceed is here.

This is NS front bumper, scrape coloured in with crayon thing ATM after scraping on something:

And OS after driving over a rock I think

Have been quoted £336 inc vat to repair by smart repair people, based on two plastic welds and painting relevant sections.

Otherwise Ebay has bumpers

Smart repair chap has quoted £264 to paint & fit first bumper (so £384 all-in) which he says would be better option (he doesn't like second bumper as needs repair) as my bumper seems to have chunks of filler that have fallen out (not sure where he is referring to but I'm sure he's right).

Any thoughts?

Ah ........ I didn't see the rock damage pics - did you add them later?

The bumper could be repaired, but it would probably have to be removed and would possibly take longer than a day - therefore I would suggest that it's not a job suited to a mobile repair.

Just quicker to buy a decent 2nd hand bumper and chuck it on ( if you can’t get one in colour it can just be painted while the car is in use )
Cars only off the road for the time taken to swap the bumper

Have you budgeted for new lights as they appear to be hanging out which would suggest the lugs are damaged

i've used them in the past i think they have a workshop, it's taken a couple of days before with the car at their location.
