Warm Water Washing

Looking outside at two grimy cars, I can't help thinking that a pressure wash (or foam) with warm water would be more effective not to mention more pleasant to use in the winter.

Has anyone had any luck rigging up anything like this? I know that there's very expensive pro equipment that does this but i'm talking domestic driveway here.

Hot water in the wash buckets at this time of year, the normal cold water supply for the pressure washer and associated accessories.
